Yes. EggCars is completely free to play in your browser. You create an account with an email or Google, and every core activity — hatching eggs, collecting cars, earning ECoins, racing and trading — costs nothing. There is no download and no installation.
No. The game runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet and phone. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app, but nothing is installed from a store.
Press Claim on the metallic egg in the middle of the home screen. The egg hatches and gives you a random car, which is saved straight into your garage. A new free egg is available every 12 hours.
Every car parked in your garage produces ECoins over time — you collect them by tapping the coin icon on the car. Rarer and more valuable cars pay more, so a bigger and better collection means a bigger income. Selling cars and items, winning races and completing daily rewards and quests all add extra ECoins on top.
ECoins pay for repairs when a car breaks, crafting in Dr. Quark's lab, farm plots and watering with Shade, race entries, forging Magnific parts, changing clan and buying cars or items from other players.
Every new pilot starts with 10 ECoins, enough to try your first actions while your cars begin producing.
You only spend what you choose to spend. Crafting can fail and consume its ingredients, and races have entry costs, so read the cost shown before confirming an action.
Common, Rare, Epic and Leggendary. Rarity decides the background colour of the card, the stat range of the car and how many ECoins it produces. Leggendary is the rarest roll by a wide margin.
The main egg refreshes every 12 hours. Daily rewards, daily quests, the wheel and special events can hand you extra eggs in between, and three duplicates of the same car can be exchanged for another egg.
Acceleration, speed, handling and braking decide how your car performs in races. Each car is generated with a small random variation, so two cars of the same model are never identical.
A broken car stops producing ECoins until you repair it in the garage. Repair costs depend on the car, and lab items can restore or boost productivity.
You get three daily races, plus occasional extra attempts. You pick a car, place a bet in ECoins and the result depends on the car's stats and its condition. Winning pays out more than the entry.
Yes. You can list cars in the marketplace with your own title and price, negotiate deals with Rob, swap with other pilots and sell crafted items in Grubba's warehouse. Cars listed for sale stop producing ECoins while they are on the market.
Yes. Every pilot has a public garage. Other players can visit it, greet you daily and see the cars and medals you have collected.
Your garage, ECoins and progress are stored on your account, so you can close the browser and come back later from any device with the same login.
